Payment and cancellation terms
Last updated September 17, 2026. These terms apply to online purchases of Nucybersec LTD Liability Co.’s readiness assessment and stewardship services.
Readiness assessment
The assessment costs $4,500 USD as a one-time payment. It includes the findings report, target-state architecture, cost model, and readout described on our website. The assessment fee is credited against a subsequent deployment. Contact ai@nucybersec.com after payment to coordinate scope, access, and scheduling. Buying an assessment does not start a subscription.
Stewardship
Stewardship costs $3,200 USD per month, charged in advance. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize Stripe to collect the recurring payment using your chosen payment method. There is no minimum 12-month payment commitment for subscriptions purchased through this checkout.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your stewardship subscription at any time through Manage billing or by contacting ai@nucybersec.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your service continues through that period, and future monthly renewals stop. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge.
No refunds
Assessment payments are non-refundable. Stewardship payments are non-refundable unless a charge was made in error. Cancelling does not refund a payment already made, and unused portions of a billing period are not refunded or prorated. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law. If you believe a stewardship charge was made in error, contact us. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected, including a refund where appropriate.
Checkout total and payment details
Prices are in US dollars. Review the final amount, including any applicable tax shown by Stripe, before confirming payment. Stripe processes payment details; Nucybersec does not store your card number. See our privacy notice.
Service scope and questions
The service descriptions on our website identify what is included. Any separately scoped deployment or integration work requires its own agreement. For billing, scheduling, or service questions, contact ai@nucybersec.com.
