When you contact us
We store the contact details and message you submit so we can respond to your inquiry. Requests are stored in our contact database, and an email notification is sent to Nucybersec. Please do not include confidential client documents or sensitive case details in these forms.
Requesting the decision pack does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you request a customized demonstration or workshop, we use your details to discuss scope and scheduling. Contact ai@nucybersec.com to ask about your information.
Payments
When online checkout is available, Stripe collects and processes your payment details. Nucybersec receives transaction references and payment or subscription status to reconcile your engagement. Card numbers are not stored in our site or payment database. Billing contact information and receipts are managed through Stripe. For payment questions, contact ai@nucybersec.com. Optional site measurement
We use PostHog for analytics. When enabled, measurement records page visits, form steps, submission errors, confirmed inquiries, and sharing or download clicks. It uses a random identifier stored in your browser tab, renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. It does not send form contents, names, email addresses, or firm names to PostHog, and it does not use session replay.
Hosting and request processing may handle network information such as your IP address. We disable location enrichment and do not include IP addresses in application event properties. PostHog receives network requests as our analytics provider. Measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
